Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Community Manager to join our team at Celsius Apartment Homes, a 449-unit residential community in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the property, under the direction of the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise office staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Conduct daily physical inspections of the property to identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee the property's leasing process, including thorough knowledge of company leasing techniques and sales methods
  • Manage the property's budget within the company's financial guidelines
  • Responsible for interviewing, screening, and hiring of staff
  • Prioritize resident requests with an efficient and courteous response
  • Generate various company required reports
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of a resident retention program
  • Secure at least 10% of the overall closed leases at the property
Qualifying Accomplishments
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification is highly recommended
  • Minimum of 2 years working in the apartment industry within a similar role
  • Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site or similar systems is required
  • College degree helpful but not required
  • Strong customer service experience required
  • Bi-lingual helpful
