Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff, students, and visitors, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Research and provide information to staff and students, using established guidelines and resources.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in CPCC's NextGen Program and pursuing a related career track.
  • Possess or be pursuing a High School Diploma or HSE (High School Equivalency- GED or HiSet).
  • General knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets, with one year of office experience.
