Sales Growth Manager

The Sales Growth Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and sustaining strategic relationships within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial HVAC industry and be able to develop and sustain a territory sales plan by account to meet or exceed business targets.
The role involves providing overall account management responsibilities for motor, controls, and blower customers within the assigned territory. This includes creating and driving execution of new growth opportunities, utilizing CRM to manage activities in support of customer relationships, and supporting the PES Solutions Policy Deployment and 80/20 initiatives.
Additionally, the Sales Growth Manager will monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. They will lead successful customer contract negotiations and fulfillment of these agreement expectations, present proposals and quotes to customers, and ensure adherence to pricing strategy as outlined by the PES Business Unit.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years of industry sales experience and strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high-level personal initiative, and ownership of results. Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM is highly desirable.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per year (base salary) + 30% variable compensation
