The Job Description: As an Education Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Conducting outreach calls to Spanish-speaking families, Answering emails received on the enrollment phone line and email inbox, Maintaining the enrollment systems, Providing support at community events, Assisting families in submitting applications in SchoolMint, Working on small projects such as record deduplication, logging overdue call notes & converting leads into contacts.

Requirements: We are looking for someone with 1+ year of administrative/clerical work experience and proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Google Drive, SchoolMint, and Salesforce. A strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are necessary for this role. You must be able to work 4 days a week in person, with some evenings and weekends to service our families and/or events.

Compensation: The starting pay for this role will depend on relevant professional experience, education, certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools. However, candidates who meet all job requirements can expect a competitive hourly offer of $21.
