Position Overview:

The AI Solutions Architect is responsible for crafting and executing robust AI solution frameworks and strategies that leverage a variety of AI technologies to solve business challenges effectively. This role demands a high level of consulting acumen and extensive technical knowledge, enabling the development of innovative solutions to intricate issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI architectures tailored to meet organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of generative AI software solutions, ensuring they align with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists and engineers, to define and refine technical requirements.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure the performance and reliability of AI solutions.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in AI and machine learning, integrating relevant technologies into solution designs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning, particularly with generative models.
  • Proven experience in leading teams that deliver AI application solutions.
  • Expertise in designing and deploying production-ready AI solutions, ideally within the defense sector.
  • Experience with both on-premises and cloud deployment of AI solutions.
  • Possession of a Secret Clearance is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with deploying solutions on edge devices.
  • A Master's degree is preferred; a Doctorate is a plus.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

The projected salary range for this position is between $96,600.00 and $220,000 annually, based on various factors such as location and individual qualifications.
