Position Overview:

The Artificial Intelligence Technical Program Manager is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and ongoing management of comprehensive AI programs that align with client objectives. This role demands a blend of advanced consulting capabilities and deep technical expertise, leveraging industry knowledge to devise innovative solutions for intricate challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle for AI-centric offerings, from conceptualization through to deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering, data analytics, and software development, to establish product specifications and strategic roadmaps that cater to governmental needs.
  • Translate identified gaps and requirements into precise product specifications and technical documentation.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on comprehensive market analysis, user insights, and competitive landscape assessments.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring timely achievement of critical milestones.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance metrics to drive ongoing enhancements and optimization.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in AI to inform product strategy and development.
  • Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, particularly with a focus on AI or machine learning solutions.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira.
  • Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for production environments.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong product management and interpersonal skills.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
