  • Prioritize product features based on market insights, user feedback, and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Oversee the product backlog, ensuring timely achievement of project milestones.
  • Analyze product performance metrics to facilitate ongoing enhancements and optimizations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies to inform product strategy.
  • Effectively communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, specifically within AI or machine learning domains.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira.
  • Experience with the Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Proven track record in launching and managing AI-centric products.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for production environments.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong product management acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

The salary for this position is influenced by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The estimated compensation range for this role is between $84,600.00 and $193,000.00 annually.

Our people-first culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site. If onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in person as required.
