Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product lifecycle for AI-centric solutions, from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user requirements.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including engineering, data science, and software development, to establish product specifications and strategic roadmaps that meet governmental needs.
  • Transform governmental requirements and gaps into comprehensive product specifications and technical documentation.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market analysis, user insights, and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee the product backlog and guarantee timely achievement of product milestones.
  • Evaluate and analyze product performance metrics to foster continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in AI to inform product strategy.
  • Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, specifically in AI or machine learning domains.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for production environments.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong product management acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
