Position Overview:

The role of the Artificial Intelligence Technical Program Manager involves the strategic design, execution, and oversight of comprehensive AI programs that align with client objectives. This position requires leveraging advanced consulting capabilities and deep technical knowledge across the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and sustain innovative AI programs that address complex challenges.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members while operating with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle for AI-centric solutions, from initial concept through to deployment.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including engineering, data science, and software development, to establish product specifications and strategic roadmaps that meet governmental requirements.
  • Transform identified gaps and needs into precise product specifications and technical documentation.
  • Assess and prioritize product features based on comprehensive market analysis, user insights, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage the product backlog effectively to ensure the timely achievement of key milestones.
  • Continuously monitor product performance metrics to foster ongoing enhancements and optimization.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies to refine product strategies.
  • Communicate product vision and updates clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years in product management, specifically focusing on AI or machine learning.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools, particularly Jira.
  • Experience with the Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Proven track record in launching and managing AI-driven products successfully.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Effective collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong product management and interpersonal skills.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Full-time and part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible for our benefit programs.

The compensation range for this position is between $84,600.00 and $193,000.00 annually, reflecting various factors such as location, education, skills, and experience.

Work Model:

Our culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. Depending on the position's classification, you may work from a Booz Allen or client site facility periodically.
