Key Responsibilities:
Oversee, manage, and enhance cloud infrastructures, ensuring ongoing optimization and swift issue resolution. Employ advanced principles, theories, and methodologies. Contribute to the formulation of innovative principles and concepts. Tackle exceptionally intricate challenges and deliver highly creative solutions. Operate with considerable autonomy in decision-making. Mentor or guide team members in both organizational and technical skills.
Essential Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in cloud architecture
- Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable, highly available, and resilient systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience in DevOps practices, including the establishment and management of continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Familiarity with tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
- Experience with container management using Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of services provided by AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
- Secret clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in a Technical discipline
- IAT Level II Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices
- Ability to automate cloud operations using scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell
- Capability to uphold security standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations in cloud environments
- Demonstrated ability to present a portfolio of relevant cloud projects or contributions to open-source initiatives
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a team
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect, MS Azure Associate, or Cloud Security Knowledge Certification
Clearance Requirements:
Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; Secret clearance is mandatory.
