AI Program Management Specialist

Position Overview:
The role of the Artificial Intelligence Technical Program Manager is pivotal in shaping and executing strategic AI initiatives that align with client objectives. This position demands a blend of advanced consulting capabilities and in-depth technical knowledge to craft innovative solutions for intricate challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee comprehensive AI programs that support organizational strategies.
- Utilize extensive industry expertise to guide teams and mentor members in AI product management.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, from ideation through to deployment, ensuring that all developments meet business objectives and user requirements.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including engineering, data science, and software development, to establish product specifications and roadmaps that address governmental needs.
- Transform identified gaps into actionable product requirements and prioritize features based on thorough market analysis and user insights.
- Maintain a well-organized product backlog and ensure the timely achievement of product milestones.
- Continuously monitor product performance metrics to drive enhancements and optimize offerings.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI to inform strategic product decisions.
- Effectively communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, specifically within AI or machine learning domains.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, particularly Jira.
- Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD).
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-driven products.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Possession of a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong product management and interpersonal skills.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

The salary for this position is influenced by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range is between $84,600.00 and $193,000.00 annually.
