Position Summary:

As an Order Allocation Specialist at Q LLC, you will be integral to the accurate processing and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory levels, collaborating with the production team, and ensuring that all orders are allocated in accordance with customer requirements and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Ensure precise processing and allocation of customer orders, prioritizing fulfillment based on urgency and specifications.
  • Inventory Oversight: Regularly assess and manage inventory to guarantee availability for order fulfillment while minimizing excess stock or shortages.
  • Collaboration with Production: Liaise with the production team to align orders with manufacturing schedules and communicate any potential delays to relevant parties.
  • Customer Engagement: Keep customers informed about their order status, addressing any delays or changes, and responding to inquiries or concerns.
  • Order Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize orders based on customer urgency, inventory status, and production timelines.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of all orders, inventory levels, and communications within the company's order management system.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing the order allocation process and collaborate with the team to implement more efficient practices.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in order management, inventory control, or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in order management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with the firearms industry is advantageous.
