About the Role

United Construction & Forestry is seeking a highly skilled Parts Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying and providing complete parts solutions for customers, and maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide quality customer experience through knowledge, use of systems, and process execution.
  • Recommend and sell parts, attachments, and accessories to customers, including alternatives that meet their needs.
  • Fulfill online orders in a timely manner and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Effectively use computer applications, including sales software, inventory management systems, and barcode systems.
  • Supply service technicians with parts as required and maintain a clean and organized parts department.
  • Participate in company-sponsored training to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to connect with customers, maintain a professional image, and establish rapport.
  • Basic data entry/keyboarding skills and experience utilizing basic computer programs.
  • Experience working both independently and in team settings.
  • Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Basic parts and machinery knowledge.
