Position Summary
The Client Relationship Coordinator is essential in supporting Account Managers with daily operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering the growth of client accounts. This position demands excellent communication and organizational abilities, along with a strong focus on customer service. Our account management team goes beyond mere relationship maintenance; we collaborate with our external sales team and partners to enhance reporting and boost efficiency.

Your Contributions to Enhancing Healthcare

  • Serve as the main communication link between current provider groups and Gifthealth, ensuring effective and clear dialogue.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and expectations.
  • Identify and propose relevant new services or products to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
  • Promptly manage and resolve customer inquiries or issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily matters related to specialty prescriptions, including liaising with manufacturers and internal teams for updates.
  • Engage with healthcare offices to clarify our offerings, including our prior authorization process.
  • Ensure timely and accurate prescription fulfillment, coordinating with necessary teams as required.

Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with critical and creative thinking.
  • Familiarity with specialty prescriptions and prior authorization processes is advantageous.
