Role Overview
The Event Sales Executive at Ballpark Commons will engage with clients to create memorable experiences throughout the sales process. This position is essential in connecting our community with our brand and venues, including Luxe Golf Bays and other facilities within Ballpark Commons.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales targets to contribute to overall venue revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional guest service from initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up.
- Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Manage event bookings and document all client communications using our sales and CRM systems.
- Utilize reports and dashboards to track and exceed personal sales KPIs.
- Collaborate with event sales colleagues to promote a competitive and results-driven sales environment.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Communicate any changes or specific requirements for successful event delivery.
- Engage in proactive outbound sales activities and community networking.
- Participate in regular Sales Team meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Focus Areas
- Actively pursue inbound and outbound sales opportunities, particularly in the social booking segment, which includes events such as parties, graduations, and celebrations.
- Identify innovative ways to attract and secure socially-focused events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sport Management, or Sales/Marketing preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
- Sales experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment sectors is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sales & CRM Applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and professionalism.
- Adaptable to changing business needs and team dynamics.
