Responsibilities:

  • Adopt a client-focused, needs-based strategy to educate customers about various insurance offerings.
  • Work alongside the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Identify potential clients, schedule meetings, assess client needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to identify and engage in local community initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing, is preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals is advantageous
  • Genuine interest in the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage risks and achieve their goals
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Able to present information effectively to potential clients
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a Life and Health insurance license
