Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the primary role of the Account Sales Manager (ASM) is to engage in external sales of product inventory while managing a designated route of accounts. Your mission will be to enhance product sales and optimize the placement of product displays at various retail locations. You will also be responsible for upselling inventory, cooler space, and product displays. The ASM's core responsibility is to serve all clients in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to our executional standards.

The tasks we will entrust you with include:

  • Cultivating product and relationship management with customer contacts for the sale of our offerings at assigned Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) accounts. Assessing current and future product requirements at accounts and identifying opportunities to boost sales.
  • Ensuring that all Red Bull equipment is maintained in a clean and functional state while performing external sales activities. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
  • Analyzing competitor activities, including new product launches and pricing strategies. Achieving monthly targets focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account establishment, and other merchandising elements.
  • Building and safeguarding the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation to guarantee freshness while adhering to brand flow standards.
  • Enhancing inventory levels and product variety at each assigned RBDC account while improving in-store branding and delivering fresh products.
  • Collaborating effectively across the organization and sharing best practices. Being a key contributor and leader among peers. Maintaining strong relationships with customer contacts at each assigned RBDC account.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid US Driver's License and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, and direct store delivery (DSD) is advantageous.
  • Capability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or promotional displays.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 0-10%.
  • Permanent position with benefits eligibility.
