BluePearl Pet Hospital is actively seeking Veterinary Client Coordinators

Working Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday from 8 PM to 6 AM.

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + additional compensation for overnight shifts.

Salary range varies based on experience and career progression within the organization's CareerTrax system.

At BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital, our Veterinary Client Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facility. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate care and support to our clients. Your ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations is crucial to enhancing our clients' experience.

As a Veterinary Client Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and acknowledging every individual entering the hospital with warmth and professionalism.
  • Maintaining a friendly demeanor and providing clear communication both in person and over the phone.
  • Listening attentively and responding compassionately to clients' needs.
  • Assessing clients quickly and determining the urgency of their situation.
  • Directing non-patient inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Confirming appointments in advance and providing necessary instructions to clients.
  • Offering emotional support and resources to clients in times of distress.
  • Facilitating communication and procedures related to handling pet remains with sensitivity and care.
