Job Summary

The role of the Customer Team Coordinator involves direct engagement with our technicians and clients, ensuring proactive communication regarding scheduling and billing matters. This position will also manage parts procurement and order processing in collaboration with the parts department to guarantee that technicians have the necessary supplies for field repairs.

General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming service inquiries and assign technicians as needed.
  • Monitor open repair orders and ensure timely follow-up and invoicing.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor to exceed customer expectations.
  • Initiate and manage repair orders, providing accurate status updates for labor and materials to clients.
  • Advocate for ProLift Toyota Material Handling's principles, vision, strategies, and the value of ethical conduct; promote the TLM 'Toyota Lean Management' philosophy.

Educational/Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in customer service or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook, and Excel is essential. The Customer Team Coordinator must effectively communicate with associates, customers, and management, necessitating excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should uphold the organization's values by maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information appropriately.
