Job Title: Head of Partnerships Development

Upwardly Global is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Partnerships Development to join our team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive strategic partnership development strategy to engage delivery partners and employer partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for workforce and employer partners that aligns with Upwardly Global's mission and business objectives.
  • Establish new relationships with high-level partners in workforce and employer partnerships to ensure renewals, increased brand recognition, and leadership in our ecosystem.
  • Prospect and pipeline potential leads to ensure yearly partnership targets are met for both workforce and employer partners.
  • Meet and exceed partnership engagement targets, driving the success of Upwardly Global.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Programs and Program Directors to develop and implement Upwardly Global's partnership products and services offerings.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales leadership and partnership development experience.
  • Strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building ability and a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets through strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to think creatively.
  • Team management and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of sales professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate across internal and external stakeholders.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $125,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location.

  • A hybrid or remote work schedule, with the option to work from home or in our office.
