At ArborBridge, our primary mission is to alleviate the pressures associated with the academic and examination processes. We concentrate on assisting Independent Educational Consultants (IECs) who offer college counseling to families and students. Our services include tutoring for students referred by IECs, alongside providing professional support to IECs to enhance their practices. A pivotal role in this relationship with IECs is our Head of Strategic Partnerships, who serves as the main liaison for our IEC collaborators. The Head of Strategic Partnerships is tasked with developing and nurturing relationships with IECs, ultimately leading to student referrals for tutoring.

Our Head of Strategic Partnerships utilizes expertise, empathy, and exceptional communication skills to forge high-quality connections with IECs globally. We seek an individual eager to contribute to empowering our IEC partners in supporting their families and businesses.

Your extensive experience in the IEC, test-prep, and/or college admissions sectors positions you as a credible source of knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Independent Educational Consultants (IECs), educational institutions, health professionals, and vendors to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships for business expansion.
  • Develop a pipeline through thorough research, prospecting, and innovative outreach.
  • Sustain existing relationships through consistent communication and updates.
  • Provide insights and explore new concepts for delivering valuable content to key partners.
  • Collaborate with Client Services Directors to identify and connect with potential referral sources through our student services.
  • Organize and conduct regular meetings with Client Services Directors to share insights about referral sources and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Address complex situations with referral sources when challenges arise in the tutoring programs.
  • Plan, participate in, and present at major conferences for prospecting purposes.
  • Host informational webinars and other online events for key referral sources.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records regarding referral sources.
  • Establish and uphold reporting frameworks for market- and pipeline-specific performance metrics; utilize data to assess pipeline effectiveness.
  • Engage with ArborBridge clients who have had positive experiences to gain deeper insights and potentially unlock additional referral opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in college consulting, test preparation, and/or college admissions.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development capacity.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $90,000 - $105,000, based on experience.
  • Annual bonus contingent on exceeding company revenue targets.

The position necessitates a full-time commitment, with weekday hours accommodating the needs of our team and clients, and a rotating on-call schedule for weekend emergencies (approximately 15 minutes every 6 weeks). Candidates must be based in the US and legally authorized to work in the US.
