The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Head of Provider Sales to drive our growth and mission. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll lead a high-performing sales team, partnering with healthcare providers to scale revenue and improve health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Provider Partnership Managers to achieve sales targets
  • Hire, train, and onboard new team members
  • Develop and implement performance management processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute new initiatives and drive sales performance
  • Work with leadership to set strategic sales goals aligning with overall business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in healthcare sales or business development
  • At least 4 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably at a high-growth startup
  • Deep experience hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing salespeople
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • Aptitude for learning new systems and leveraging data to inform strategy
