Position Title:
Head of Strategic Partnerships

Location: Remote work options available

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining regular communication to gauge satisfaction and address any concerns.

Gather and analyze industry trend data alongside campaign and expenditure data from various platforms to create client-facing materials aimed at promoting our offerings.

Conduct thorough analysis of customer demographics and user data, providing guidance on best practices for reaching target audiences.

Utilize multiple platforms to assess spending and marketing activity data, presenting findings to clients to demonstrate successful product utilization.

Assist clients in developing their marketing strategies with a focus on digital and programmatic channels.

Forecast potential activities for clients and analyze marketing expenditure trends to help optimize their initiatives.

Maintain an expert understanding of client competitors, aiding them in crafting distinctive marketing strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends and trade literature to effectively advise clients on the current state of the industry and assist them in adapting their strategies.

Participate in industry conferences to engage with clients and prospects, educating them about our software solutions.

Develop and implement various procedures to enhance service delivery for clients.


Compensation:
Competitive salary range

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, or a related field, along with eight years of relevant experience.

Three years of sales experience within an online publishing, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, or senior agency environment.

Proven track record of meeting revenue goals, fostering strong client relationships at media agencies, and customizing ad tech products and services to meet programmatic needs.

Three years of experience in communication, particularly with C-level clients, pitching ad tech products and services.

Three years of negotiation experience, including the development of commercial endeavors and rate cards for media agency clients.

One year of experience in building relationships with decision-makers at the enterprise level, including direct sales of media or ad tech services to programmatic teams.

Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time for client visits.
