About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Client Partnerships team at Dentsu Creative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding of business objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the management of client projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and media, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, client partnerships, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities for growth and developing plans to drive business results.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
