We are seeking a highly skilled Client Partner to join our team at Snap Inc. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with brands and agencies to help them expand their digital presence on our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Secure Business Opportunities: Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Client Management: Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Partner with other cross-functional teams to structure and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on our products and best practices, and provide training and support to ensure they are getting the most out of our platform.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements to drive better results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage a book of business and develop a strategic approach to each account, with the goal of unlocking and elevating each relationship.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate and evolve a client's way of thinking to mirror success on our platform, while also balancing client goals.
  • Client Advocacy: Ensure strong health of client relationships, identifying gaps where we do not have advocates, and asking for internal support to elevate our platform with clients under this book.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.
Requirements
  • Extensive Knowledge of Digital Marketing: Extensive knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
  • Dynamic Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and partner with C-Level executives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to drive business growth and revenue.
