About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Partner to join our team at Snap Inc. This is a unique opportunity to build and manage partnerships with brands and agencies to help them expand their digital presence on our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Secure Business Opportunities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities that align with our company goals.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Partner with other teams to structure and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Implement Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Present and Persuade: Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies to educate clients on our products and services.
  • Client Education and Advocacy: Educate clients on our products and best practices, creating advocates who can help drive business growth.
  • Account Strategy and Planning: Create, own, and execute the strategic approach for each account in the assigned book of business, unlocking and elevating each relationship.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements to drive business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure strong health of client relationships, identifying gaps and seeking internal support to elevate our presence with clients.
  • Sales Performance: Exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Extensive Knowledge of Digital Marketing: Possess extensive knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
  • Dynamic and Rapidly Changing Environment: Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and partner with C-Level executives.
  • Team Player and Collaborator: A team player and collaborator, with the ability to win the support of key stakeholders.
  • Experience and Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
