Job Summary

As an HR Operations Business Partner at TechOp Solutions International, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of business strategies and plans. This position requires a unique blend of business acumen and HR expertise, with a focus on proposal and business development support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal and Business Development Support:
    • Develop and review proposal requests, plans, outlines, and schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant requirements and guidelines.
    • Refine proposal drafts and ensure that formatting standards are met, typos are removed, and information is delivered in a concise and accurate manner.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts, management, stakeholders, and other staff members to gather necessary information for proposals.
    • Collect feedback on written proposals and implement improvements in writing and communication.
    • Generate and prepare business development progress reports.
    • Assist with and participate in the development of business strategies and plans.
    • Create, prepare, and compile materials for proposals, pitches, and other business development meetings.
  • HR Duties:
    • Assess personnel policies, programs, and procedures, and inform employees and management personnel on their interpretation.
    • Perform professional-level human resources work and carry out responsibilities in one or more functional areas, such as staffing, employee relations, compensation, training, employment, labor relations, safety, affirmative action, and employment equity programs, and personnel research.
Requirements

This position is open to all ranks and experience levels. Candidates must meet all DoD Skillbridge Eligibility requirements, including:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Proven track record of success in military career
  • Has served at least 180 days on active duty
  • Is currently active duty and within 180 days of separation or retirement
  • Will receive an honorable discharge
  • Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS
  • Has received Unit Commander approval to participate in the DoD Skillbridge Program
  • Other skills and experience may be required or preferred, depending on the area or role
