Job Title: HR Business Partner

Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Corporate Employee Group employees. This newly created role will involve employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, investigations, and the development of HR strategies. The HRBP will work closely with the Director of HR and corporate leadership to drive HR initiatives and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for corporate teams (Finance, IT, Admin, Marketing, etc.).
  • Lead employee relations investigations and collaborate with the HR Director and Legal team to resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, processes, and programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage HR compliance reporting (AAP, EEO-1), compensation decisions, and policy interpretation.
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and training efforts in alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal HR policies.
  • Partner with corporate leadership to solve HR and business challenges.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
  • 2-5 years of HR Generalist experience with employee relations experience.
  • Proactive work style with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with UKG (UltiPro) is preferred.
