HR Business Partner Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team at LaSalle Network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR principles, employment law, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Lead and support initiatives related to organizational change, employee engagement, and performance improvement.
  • Implement and manage HR programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices in talent management.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
