Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Business Partner to join our team at TechOp Solutions International. This role will be responsible for supporting the development of business strategies and plans, as well as providing HR support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal and Business Development Support
    • Develop and review proposal requests, plans, and schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant requirements and guidelines.
    • Refine proposal drafts and ensure formatting standards are met, typos are removed, and information is delivered in a concise and accurate manner.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts, management, and stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposals.
    • Collect feedback on written proposals and implement improvements in writing and communication.
    • Generate business development progress reports.
  • HR Support
    • Assess personnel policies, programs, and procedures, and inform employees and management personnel on their interpretation.
    • Perform professional-level human resources work and carry out responsibilities in one or more functional areas, such as staffing, employee relations, compensation, training, employment, labor relations, safety, affirmative action, and employment equity programs.
  • Requirements
    • BA/BS degree
    • Proven track record of success in a military career
    • At least 180 days of active duty experience
    • Currently active duty and within 180 days of separation or retirement
    • Will receive an honorable discharge
    • Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS
    • Has received Unit Commander approval to participate in the DoD Skillbridge Program
