About the Role
U.S is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in West Los Angeles. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our organization by providing strategic HR guidance and support to our site management team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and processes to support the site's business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of employment, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Provide coaching and training to employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Manage the annual performance review process and ensure that all employees receive regular feedback and coaching.
- Investigate employee relations issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Provide HR guidance and support to site management on employee-related matters.
- Manage the benefits enrollment process and respond to employee questions about benefits and work rules.
- Research and assist with responses to government agencies.
- Respond to initial unemployment claims and employment verifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 7 years of relative experience in HR management may substitute for a degree.
- Knowledge of federal and state human resources compliance and laws.
- Ability to manage complex office administrative work requiring independent judgment and initiative.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
