Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at U.S. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate human resources activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Develop and implement human resources policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives.
- Manage employee data, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and time-off requests.
- Assist with payroll processing, including staff training on proper time and activity reporting.
- Investigate employee relations issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic human resources initiatives.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnership and employee relations.
- Knowledge of federal and state human resources laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
