HR&Co. LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team in Washington, DC.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and business insights. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our team to analyze diverse data, develop insights, and provide recommendations to senior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data using appropriate analytical procedures and tools.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of systems, methods, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist with SharePoint operations, dashboard reviews, and training delivery.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled as a full-time student at an HBCU, PBI, or MI College or University.
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
