Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, while maintaining the highest quality and productivity standards.

This role involves all aspects of business development, including prospecting, acquisition, vendor application, account management, sales forecasting, and more. You will work closely with our back-office team and require excellent problem-solving skills to effectively interact with crews, sub-contractors, customers, city inspectors, and homeowners.

The successful Business Development Manager will lead business development activities to drive a high-performance culture that accommodates rapid and dynamic growth with results in operational excellence and high employee engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing long and short-range sales planning strategies and goals
  • Evaluating industrial service needs at large facilities and managing high-level relationships with large distribution hubs and manufacturing enterprises
  • Managing all aspects of the sales funnel, including identifying opportunities, initiating customer proposals, presentations, estimating costs/timelines, negotiating, and closing contracts
  • Participating in industry associations, tradeshows, and events

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
