Job Overview

Position Summary
As a Client Success Onboarding Consultant, you will serve as a pivotal guide for hotel clients transitioning from conventional methods to our cutting-edge digital platform. Your role will involve building strong relationships with new clients while nurturing existing accounts. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide education to clients and optimize their product configuration for the fastest route to success.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions, company presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Remove obstacles that hinder clients' objectives: product challenges, implementation issues, support concerns, knowledge gaps, or misunderstandings of the product.
  • Comprehend and align with clients' goals and challenges.
  • Develop strong relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Lead success planning and Executive Business Reviews.
  • Instruct users on how to maximize product offerings.
  • Proactively collect and communicate client feedback to internal teams.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to improve the customer experience.
  • Innovate and implement process enhancements for team efficiency and service excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Success or Onboarding role.
  • Proven ability to cultivate client relationships and manage service lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated experience in guiding clients to optimize product use.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Leadership qualities that reflect assertiveness, problem-solving abilities, and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership.
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in hotel operations, particularly in Food & Beverage, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Customer Success platforms is beneficial.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
