Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Account Management
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
    • Oversee customer onboarding and training to ensure customers are fully engaged and realize the value of our solutions.
  • Data Analysis
    • Analyze customer data to optimize their experience and ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Upselling and Growth
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and work closely with sales and operations teams to achieve growth objectives.
  • Customer Activations
    • Manage customer activations to ensure new customers are delighted and go live as quickly as possible.
  • Issue Resolution
    • Address high-severity requests or escalations with urgency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of proven experience in customer success and account management within the background check investigations industry.
  • Experience in building out Client Success SOPs and departments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
  • Proficient in CRM and marketing automation solutions, with hands-on experience using TAZWorks and HubSpot.

  • Communication: Ability to clearly convey ideas and updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to manage evolving customer needs and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, earning their trust and confidence.
