Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of any issues.
- Account Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
- Oversee customer onboarding and training to ensure customers are fully engaged and realize the value of our solutions.
- Data Analysis
- Analyze customer data to optimize their experience and ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Upselling and Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and work closely with sales and operations teams to achieve growth objectives.
- Customer Activations
- Manage customer activations to ensure new customers are delighted and go live as quickly as possible.
- Issue Resolution
- Address high-severity requests or escalations with urgency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of proven experience in customer success and account management within the background check investigations industry.
- Experience in building out Client Success SOPs and departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
- Proficient in CRM and marketing automation solutions, with hands-on experience using TAZWorks and HubSpot.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to manage evolving customer needs and adjust strategies as necessary.
