Position Overview: The Head of Client Success Management will oversee a team of customer success professionals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and successful outcomes. This role involves active engagement with clients, providing essential support, and fostering positive results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate a broad network of relationships across higher education institutions.
2. Promote awareness and utilization of our products within institutional environments.
3. Enhance renewal rates while minimizing customer churn.
4. Drive revenue growth through effective relationship management, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
5. Influence customer lifetime value by improving product adoption, satisfaction, and overall health metrics.
6. Facilitate new business growth through enhanced advocacy and referenceability.
7. Optimize the customer lifecycle with designated partners.
8. Establish key listening points throughout the customer journey (e.g., usage, satisfaction, etc.).
9. Standardize interventions at each stage of the journey.
10. Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working directly with higher education institutions.
- Willingness to travel 50% or more.
- Proven ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
- Ideally, a blend of post-sale and sales experience.
- Strong empathy for customers coupled with a passion for revenue growth.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot and Teams is preferred.
