Role Objectives- Manage the overall relationship with designated clients, focusing on onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Establish a trusted advisory relationship to enhance the value derived from our products and services.
- Develop and maintain customer success strategies and best practices, collaborating with the creative team for support content.
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external senior management to understand customer needs and maximize retention and growth.
- Maintain and analyze customer success metrics and data as required.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, fostering trust and rapport while identifying opportunities and documenting best practices.
- Evaluate the customer journey, providing consultative support to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration among project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables.
- Engage in strategic discussions and problem-solving for upcoming client meetings with team members.
- Prepare necessary documentation or visuals to demonstrate campaign performance; analyze trends in customer satisfaction scores to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather customer references and develop case studies.
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on processes.
- Able to work across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with SalesForce and project management tools.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
