Role Objectives
  • Manage the overall relationship with designated clients, focusing on onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Establish a trusted advisory relationship to enhance the value derived from our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain customer success strategies and best practices, collaborating with the creative team for support content.
  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external senior management to understand customer needs and maximize retention and growth.
  • Maintain and analyze customer success metrics and data as required.
Daily Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, fostering trust and rapport while identifying opportunities and documenting best practices.
  • Evaluate the customer journey, providing consultative support to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their objectives.
  • Facilitate collaboration among project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Engage in strategic discussions and problem-solving for upcoming client meetings with team members.
  • Prepare necessary documentation or visuals to demonstrate campaign performance; analyze trends in customer satisfaction scores to identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather customer references and develop case studies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on processes.
  • Able to work across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce and project management tools.
  • Experience in event planning is a plus.
