Position Summary:

The Client Relations Specialist is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer support in a dynamic financial services environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist self-directed investors and internal brokers in resolving inquiries related to customer service and trading platform navigation.
  • Ensure prompt and courteous responses to incoming customer calls and inquiries.
  • Handle challenging situations with dissatisfied clients in a professional and effective manner.
  • Address customer questions and concerns with a focus on adding value to their experience.
  • Manage account maintenance tasks, including processing address changes, disbursement requests, and supporting account transfers in compliance with regulations.
  • Guide potential clients through new account inquiries and paperwork, as well as updates to existing accounts.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; familiarity with the Financial Services sector is advantageous.
  • Experience in brokerage operations and customer service is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Maintain a flexible and positive attitude towards assignments.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Motivated individuals, including recent graduates, are encouraged to apply as we support career development.

Licenses and Certifications:

While not required for the Client Relations Specialist role, having FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, or Series 63 is a plus. Experience in brokerage operations, registered representative roles, trading, or customer service call centers is highly valued.
