Position Summary:
Celebree School of East Louisville is a leader in educational services, committed to delivering exceptional solutions in the early childhood education sector.

This role involves a seasoned executive overseeing strategic opportunities and business development efforts within the organization.

The ideal candidate will be well-connected and respected in the education industry, recognized as a thought leader and problem solver for clients and partners.

The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will prioritize long-term relationships and possess strong operational insights. This position reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with division and market leaders.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify lucrative business opportunities.
• Develop strategic partnerships and business development strategies, including setting annual and quarterly sales targets.
• Achieve revenue targets for the organization.
• Understand the technical and operational aspects of services offered.
• Identify potential partners and customers, generate leads, qualify opportunities, and secure significant revenue opportunities.
• Lead the development of business cases for strategic opportunities.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for proposals.
• Formulate corporate strategies to pursue government programs.
• Identify and apply for grants and other financial opportunities.
• Present business or marketing opportunities to executives and management.

• Collaborate with leadership, operations, engineering, and finance to structure deals that deliver value to customers.

Education and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, education, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in business development or a related role within the education sector.
• Established relationships with key decision-makers in the education industry.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms to track and report opportunities and key metrics.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
• Proven track record of driving sales processes to closure; motivated by achieving results.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Passionate about advancing educational services and infrastructure.
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed, with significant travel within the region.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop the business development team.
