  • Outbound Sales Efforts: Lead and oversee outbound sales efforts, including direct sales, partnerships, strategic alliances, and channels, to establish a strong market presence and create new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management to align sales strategies with overall business goals and market demand.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and sustain robust relationships with key customers and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and foster the expansion, extension, and growth of business with existing customers.
  • Market Research: Monitor and research market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make data-informed sales decisions and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop forecasts and set performance targets to track the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Global Management Team.
About the Team

You will be joining a dynamic sales team that is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Our team is made up of a range of highly-impactful roles, with opportunities to demonstrate great sales leadership and customer service at every stage of the sales cycle.

Requirements
  • Senior Leadership Experience: Proven track record of at least 10 years in a senior leadership role, with a focus on sales management and revenue generation.
  • Strategic Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in implementing outbound sales approaches, complex sales models, and revenue growth through a solutions sales approach.
  • Industry Expertise: Expertise in guiding and building high-performing sales teams in a technology or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
  • Global Sales Strategy: Ability to develop and execute global sales strategies that align with specific industry needs and customer requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Enthusiasm for building and nurturing strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Edge Computing landscape, including market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Agility: Agility mindset, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment.
