Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and engage with prospective clients and business collaborators to consistently generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic, collaborative engagement initiatives to enhance our market presence and foster new business development.
  • Proactively seek and nurture new opportunities through various channels, including existing client relationships, strategic partnerships, industry consultants, and solution providers.
  • Work in conjunction with our Marketing, Technical Sales, and Product Management teams to strengthen our market position.
  • Engage in outbound prospecting through calls and emails while utilizing sales intelligence tools to optimize outreach.
  • Achieve daily activity targets to effectively build and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Consult with potential clients to assess and gather their technical project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the OnLogic leadership team to refine our business development strategies and resources.
  • Participate in and oversee various industry events. Prior to events, conduct research and outreach to schedule meetings with clients and partners. During the event, present OnLogic's value proposition, establish rapport, and cultivate collaborative relationships. Post-event, follow up on leads and coordinate further discussions with relevant sales and engineering teams, while tracking the return on investment from these events.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our product offerings, processes, and operations while staying informed about industry trends.
