  • Lead and Direct: Direct and supervise the manufacturing, supply chain, and quality departments of our global operations team.
  • Strategic Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Optimize our global supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
  • Quality Management: Maintain a strong focus on quality management and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Create and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 10-15 years of experience leading manufacturing, supply chain, and quality in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Process Improvement: Expertise in driving process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Global Leadership: 5 years in a global VP role.
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree preferred, other degrees and commensurate experience considered.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset and dedication to quality and service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Work Authorization: Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
