Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at APR Financial Group LLC. As a key member of our office staff, you will provide exceptional support to our financial advisor, ensuring the smooth operation of our branch office and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide warm and welcoming service to clients, answering their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, manage office supplies, and perform various administrative duties to support the financial advisor.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, including database management, appointment setting, and preparation of client materials.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and follow-through.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Financial industry experience preferred, but not required.
  • Advanced skills with MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

  • A competitive salary range of $40,000-$50,000 BOE.
