- Collaborate across departments using exceptional written and verbal communication to ascertain procurement requirements.
- Scrutinize purchase requisitions for accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Efficiently prepare and process purchase orders by leveraging superior organizational skills.
- Confirm receipt of purchases and address any discrepancies related to inaccurate or damaged goods with a customer-centric approach.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation (contracts, licenses, invoices, etc.) in a highly organized manner.
- Monitor expenditures to adhere to budget constraints and identify cost-saving measures while demonstrating a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Outstanding communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members and leadership at all levels.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills to articulate procurement needs, orders, and relay critical information clearly.
- Proficient writing skills to create well-structured correspondence free of errors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates a self-starter attitude and the ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
- Perform additional tasks as necessary to ensure the high performance of procurement and supply management activities / other duties as assigned.
