Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production employees to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Implement and maintain effective production processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and improve overall operations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
