Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, maintain filing systems, and perform various administrative duties to support the financial advisor.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, including preparing promotional materials and coordinating events.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our database.
  • Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and manage the financial advisor's calendar.
  • Pre-Appointment Preparation: Compile account summaries and prepare other necessary materials for client meetings.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client conversations and interactions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience in a financial services or related industry.
  • Skills: Advanced skills with MS Office Suite, CRM experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $40,000-$50,000 BOE.
  • Benefits: PTO and comp time.
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with some evenings required for client events.
