Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Liaison Specialist to join our team at Kintegra Health. As a key member of our community health team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health awareness in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dental Education and Outreach: Develop and implement dental education programs for parents and children, promoting the importance of oral health and providing guidance on maintaining good oral hygiene.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule patients for dental appointments, ensuring efficient use of doctor and staff time, and minimizing duplicate records in our Electronic Dental Record (EDR) system.
  • Patient Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and follow-up.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, prepare spreadsheets to track appointment schedules and patient engagement, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in health fairs, community events, and other outreach activities to promote Kintegra Health's mission and services.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of office experience preferred, with bilingual skills a plus.
  • Certifications: BLS, OSHA, and HIPAA certifications required.
