As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our Converting Department, ensuring the production of high-quality corrugated packaging products while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production employees to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement changes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., operations management, business administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and safety.
