Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Venice Suites. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of their stay.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within hotel operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
